The company was incorporated in January 2006 by Mr. Yogesh Khule and Mr. Pankaj Satav and today SAI Groups is one of the largest manufacturers of Fly Ash products like concrete blocks, Fly ash bricks and CLC Blocks. The factory is situated in around 10 acres of space near Wagholi.
